Dr. Dale Robertson is a native of Princeton, West Virginia. He graduated from Marshall University in Huntington, WV with a BS in Cytotechnology. He obtained his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and he graduated with highest honors. He completed his general surgery internship and urological surgery residency training at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia in 2016.
He is a member of the Psi Sigma Alpha honor society, the American Urologic Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and the Endourological Society. His training includes advanced minimally-invasive surgical techniques including the use of the da Vinci robotic system (See Robotic Surgery) in the treatment of BPH as well as prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer. His training also includes the treatment of stone disease, voiding dysfunction, and the use of holmium and green light lasers in general urology.
Dr. Robertson and his wife Kimberly are very happy and excited to join the community and raise their daughter, Harper, in Gadsden. Dr. Robertson is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish, and he is looking forward to enjoying the Alabama outdoors.
